Its a scam, because many people bought POS on exchanges, which are worthless now, after dev left the project.
This can happen, if a developer is ill or is dying, but dev logged in several days before without any comment in this thread.
And its a scam, because many people have stuck their coins in a lending system and cant reach the coins.
If the servers where the lending system is hosted run out of money, the will never get back the money.
I think scam is the right word for this.
