How is this different than HumanitaryCoin ? What makes us think that this can do better ?
Donations thing don't work that well for simple people. Or miners. Look at HumanitaryCoin, never were donations for adding a 100 usd exchange listing fee.

Another side note,
http://charity.solace-coin.com/more-information/6% goes to the development wallet
30% goes to the charity wallet
70% goes to exchange listing and development
6+3+70 = 106% + miner rewards... how should I calculate this ?

Did you say mining?
Yes,
I did.
Well, aren't you a team or... one man behind?---

You make it wrong again...Feel free to think what you want, but slandering three different people for your own ends isn't really a nice thing to do.
The dev fee per block is 6%. Just under
2% of the total block fee included in this 6% goes towards charity. The other 4% are for listings, bounties, and other campaigns.
Let me correct your math for you.
94% of all block rewards go to miners. 6% is the total dev fee (2%-ish for charity. 4% for listings, bounties, and campaigns at shown above. 2 + 4 = 6)
Follow with me. Slowly.
94 + 6 = 100.
Magic!
