Havent you tried to check ETH? and there are several altcoins in the market which can be exchange directly with usd directly without the need of conversion to btc.If we do talk about this,i do agree on some points that most of them does really depend on bitcoins value where they should be exchange or converted to bitcoin first.We are seeing this for how many years and this do really signifies that bitcoin is always on the top yet its always being considered for it to be directly converted to usd and most altcoins in the market.
