Updated up to here, and I'm going to delete Scammer's offer to buy the debt because it cannot be done securely at this time. (And lets face it, he's probably a scammer.)

Lastly, I don't want to play Thread Nazi, but please keep anything not directly related to relaying pertinent information to a bare minimum. I'm obviously sympathetic to the situation, but it makes it harder for me to update the thread.
