Why are altcoin exchanged for btc and not for dollar?
having tons of altcoin is just like having bitcoin. If bitcoin grows, they grow. If bitcoin falls, they fall.
Isn't this pointless? Why not buying and selling alts for dollar?
I think that in the future this will be, because it is logical. Why absolutely all projects depend on bitcoin? This is not right
What do you mean? Anyway,altcoin exchanged for bitcoin over dollar for due to profits and gains that will bounce back to investors maainly because there is changes of values everyday. Take ETH as an example, if the value of ETH with btc goes up,your altcoins might doubled its rate unlike USD it becomes fixed price and it is depending on the economy or stocks with less profits. So altcoin is designated for BTC and not for USD. However,BTC has the value of USD wherein the fiat is concerned.
