I think the minexcoin team needs to enter MNX into a bigger market like bittrex or something else, this will be good for minexcoin

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I understand the parking rates will be reduced 16 days after today (April 24 , date of the publication of the blog). So, it was supposed to be on May 10 and not May 1 as antislip stated? Just to avoid confusion.

Parking rates will be change on May 10.

What if I parking my MNX before the 10th of May with the old rate. Let's say, I parked on the 25th of April by taking a duration of 1 month. Whether after the 10th of May, the rate parking will automatically change or stay at the old rate until my monthly parking limit is completed.

Over the past 6 months any parkings which were made will always be locked in at the rate. If the bank's rates change while parking you will still have the old rates locked in for the remainder of your parking. From a software development point of view it is way easier to lock all transactions and keep a total of how much has been parked vs trying to change all parkings to favor the situation.
On the 10th of may I assume it'll just run like it always has.
