Re: How do you handle your emotion when crypto markets go up and down??
Hello guys please can we share our views on how to handle one emotions better especially when crypto market goes up and down to avoid selling token cheaply. 
I do three things to properly time an exit from a coin/token.
- I always do my own research on a coin/token and assess its potential.
- Based on the coin's potential and overall market situation I try to estimate a reasonable exit price (rather an interval of exit zone).
- If a whole crypto market goes down, sit on your hands, believe your research and wait ..
Wise traders know that exit is more important than entry.
