I suggest firstly looking into the team that is the back bone of any project. Then see how far they whent in their promises and work that tells a lot about the projects future succes and the propobility of not failing. Most ICO's have a great idea but it's rare that they make it happen. It's really good to ask other people for their opinion on the project you might learn some thing new every time. I found a project called lympo and I am sure it's a winner and would like your input on it
