The real problem of Oklahoma is not carmelo Anthony or Paul George , the problem has been for years now and his name is Russell Westbrook , and this is why all those great players left the team , James harden , Kevin Durant , victor oladipo , and guess why , because Russell Westbrook does not want to share the ball , Westbrook is chasing statistics , chasing triple double , he does not care about the team , he cares only for his own . This is the thunders problem and as long as Westbrook is playing there they will have the same destiny .
On the other hand, when Westbrook does triple-double, his team has an average of 80% win. If Westbrook will not be productive, who else will takes place? Paul George is not enough. His not the George before his broken leg injury. Carmelo Anthony is not consistent and way past prime. It's hard to chase stats in the first place so OKC's incosistency is not all about Westbrook but for the whole team. Just imagine if Melo, Westbrook and George is on the bench, what will happened now to OKC?
Westbrook is the problem because of his gameplays and usual isolation plays but no doubt even Westbrook is not like that, other members of the roster is not that productive. They must revamp their whole squad if they want to become competitive.
P.S
- James Harden didn't left the team. He wants to stay at OKC but the management traded him.
- Victor Oladipo is traded too.
- Kevin Durant is only the one who literally left the team.
