? Statements like these are the start of misinformation. XAPO ( for all non-european countries ) stopped its debit card services in October 2017. Also did Bitpay and spectrocoin ( by Jan 2018- for non-european residents)
( Infact , Visa cancelled all Wavecrest cards. ( Wave Crest Holdings Ltd. is the one that issued these btc debit cards )
But many are trying negotiation with the Govt. of India for openly transacting all the service of Bitcoin in India.
