Odds are you will need to take this as a learning experience and start over.
If it's copy/pasting that got him in trouble here--and I would bet money that it is--it's a permaban and there's no starting over with another account. It's a ban of the person and of however many alt accounts that person controls.
Why do people immediately come to Meta pleading for mercy and saying they made a mistake? It's not a mistake. Any human being over the age of about 13 should know that it's wrong to copy material from the internet and paste it into a post without citing the source. That isn't done unintentionally. It's not a mistake. There's no forgiveness, just the forum consequences for being a content thief.
People should read bitcointalk's rules before anything else. And this happens often enough that anyone who's ever read anything in Meta should know that plagiarizing gets you a permaban. End of story.
I don't understand why this nobody accounts get banned and come back pleading to become unbanned, why not just start over with a new account the only person that links your alts together. I don't think you are that popular that someone will make a script to compare the way each of your account's post to one another.
