I never used Hitbtc exchange site. But i need to use it because one of my coins doing good there
But my elder brother told me hitbtc not safe totally , it struck deposit money /Withdraw. What about now? is it safe now?

I do have a positive opinion about this exchange because even I am trading in it for more than 1 year. Till now, didn't any sort problem from Hitbtc exchange and they are very prompt in processing the withdrawals on time without any delays.
