Although yes, I am buying some promising tokens like Golem, Mana, Storm, EOS, Lunyr as they are cheap right now. It is better than holding ETH. When these projects will progress, their token prices will also increase, even if ETH price does not increase.
ETH will increase as it has inherent value that is diversified enough to stay relevant, but I'd also geuess that those assets you mendtioned have more upside.
