Lmao nobody is refuting anything. That chart is the biggest misleading pile of shart. When was the last time you sent a .00000001 BTC transfer to anyone? You can't even make a bitcoin transfer utilizing those decimal values. TX fees on BTC are ~ .00025 BTC so unless you own .00026 you can even move it anywhere.
