Maybe a lot of people already sent an email so the dev received large volume of email. You just need to wait and I am sure dev will reply all those emailed their received.

Pretty right, since they offer a 3 months of free trial of their products then I think there will be more people who will try to used it. This is quite good because this will also make the feedback of the users as their reference to improve more about the product.

Feedback from users is absolutely useless from the development perspective of an antivirus, users don't know how a virus works, what feedback are they gonna give
