If you look at the recent myetherwallet hack, the wasn't even a myetherwallet hack it was a server they used that got hacked that they have no control over I think these types of instruments will become even more valuable. Remember a url is just a link to an IP address. Even if the URL looks identical the IP address you are getting sent to may be different!
