Just keep your bitcoin , hold it for at least a couple of months , stop thinking about selling everytime the value is decreasing . Panicking doesn't really help you in this kind of situation . And about buying some altcoin , if you have enough money to invest in altcoin go buy some but make sure that the coin you'd choose has a great potential for you to earn more.
