All who orderd till the 27. october get 0.05BTC per unit and all after the 27. get 0.025BTC because that is not fair for all of them orderd 1 month earlier and don't refund.
The users paid with paypal get their compensation in € back via paypal with the actual bitcoin.de average 260€/BTC as exchange rate (0.05 =  13€).
I hope refund processing is finished tomorrow.
