I should think so, he's litterally sitting on 'tons' of parts for miners with no chips to go onto them.
Except that there is a setup cost with a production run that you wouldn't want to pay for just a few boards.

BTW, why ARE you still offering miners for sale when we have yet to get ours refunded?!?!?! If that's not against the law, it should be. Especially if you won't allow assembly sales / transfers. It seems to me you're selling something I've already paid for. My assembly order was WELL under 100. You've clearly sold my miners to someone else.
So where's my money?
