By the way, I'm perfectly willing to do escrow free of charge if Maxmint or Pouncer are not available. As the order book grows this may become necessary. I will provide full details including the breakdown of the fake address, to show that it's legit, as well as tracing everything back to the Exodus address to prove that the seller for sure owns the MSC. The best way to build trust in MSC is to provide all of the details to buyers so they can audit it for themselves. Of course you take a risk doing escrow with someone like me who is not yet trusted, but I would like to become a trusted member of the MSC community.
