Do you read your own rules? On one hand you say that payments will be paid on Mondays and on the other hand the minimum participation period is 3 weeks!!
Also could you clarify if the funds are escrowed by a third party? Lately we have been getting a lot of scammy signature campaigns. I hope you will get Escrow done, so that your participants can do their work without any uncertainty of payments.
