i have deposited my IDR to your JTrust bank on 13th of January in the same day that you temporarely stop accepting this method for funds IDR fiat. I cannot still see my funds on my account, neither they were not sent back to my bank account. How you will solve this? It has been already hundred days since this issue and could be nice to find some solution. Coins are raising on their price at the moment and i wouldn't miss the rally.

Golden Week in JP starts this Sat (Apr 28) till next Sun (May 6) - so fiat withdrawals will not be processed during that time
Vietnam holiday: Wednesday April 25th, Monday Apr 30th and Tue May 1st. Crypto withdrawals on both QUOINEX and QRYPTOS wont be processed during that time.
