I calculated the distribution of tokens in bounty. As a result:

SIGNATURE – 30% (6,000,000 TOKENS)
TRANSLATION AND MODERATION – 25% (5,000,000 TOKENS)
MEDIA, VIDEOS, FORUMS & BLOG POSTS  – 25% (5,000,000 TOKENS)
TOTAL TELEGRAM BOUNTY SIZE – 15% (3,000,000 TOKENS)
TWITTER  – 15% (1,000,000 TOKENS)

Subtotal: 30%+25%+25%+15%+15% = 110% ??
               
               6m+5m+5m+3m+1m= 20m (not 22 000 000 tokens)
 
               TWITTER  – 15%, but only 1,000,000 TOKENS
