Making report on any bounty thread is not a legal option but most managers now are adopting that trick to keep their page on top,
Actually its been a hot topic before about that, well, to tell you honestly managers of campaign should have another form of having the submission of link on their basic need and not to bump any thread in the forum.
in many cases, the managers themselves abuse power and we get information from the developers completely different, and not what it really is.
