According to their legal page, the official legal entity of hitbt.com is "HIT Solution Ltd."

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09239668/filing-historyThe First Gazette notice from Oct 17th states that the company will be stricken-off and dissolved within 2 months of the notice, so either hitbtc.com was dissolved on Dec 17th or is about to be de-listed.
The final notice states: "Upon dissolution all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and accordingly will belong to the crown."
The company was incorporated in Sep 2014 under the names of Natasha Ferguson and Marlon Ferguson.
These names might be a decoy to throw us off. I still suspect that Georgii Basiladze, the owner of the now defunct "Hit Techs Limited", is the real mastermind.
