I thought all tokens are premined. Token is just like asset, so it has fixed number generated at the beginning
and since token is relying on other cryptocurrency to function, I don't think it can be mined
I heard about PoS token but it seems the token is just distributed (not mined) to emulate PoS thru smart contract
