I did a lot of registration in the airdrops but there are no airdrops who asked me my password just two conditions must apply never give your private key of your wallet and never give your password
Some mistakenly entered thier private keys instead of eth address when they fill up a form to join the airdrop and before joining in airdrops make sure if they entered the correct details that was ask.
