I was the one that issued the ban. Since I've encountered similar links (both in structure and length) with several other serial phishers and googling Wirex popped up normal links, I assumed it was a phishing link. If that's not the case, my mistake, I should've looked into it deeper. I'm going to wait for theymos' judgement on that though.

If theymos confirms you're in the clear and confirms that you paid said amount to remove a proxy ban, I'll refund you the payment (fee included) out of my own pocket.
