I'm guessing he may be talking about the Yescrypt16 algo that excavator got support for in 2015. I don't believe there is any support for GPU yescrypt32 mining at all. It could be done, but mining yescrypt32 on a GPU would be extremely inefficient. Not that I wouldn't do it anyways
