For me I consider that both knowledge and skills are very necessary because when making decision, you need to understand the flow of the market of crypto currencies especially when involved with investing money in altcoins. If you don't know how to analyze the market, there is no point in doing investment and instead of wanting to earn profit, it might be the other way around.
