In my opinion Obama was a really good president of USA at least because he could withdraw most of the troops from Iraq
Anyone could have done that. But what Obama did was he withdrew the troops from Iraq, even before the job was complete. And as a result of this stupidity the ISIS captured 75% of the Iraqi territory within the next few years. And you are crediting Obama for this blunder?
