That is true, I did change the email address maybe a week or so ago, and changed the password just today.  I received that message after changing the password and trying to log back in.  So does this mean there is simply a "reset" or "cool-down period," or is this an actual ban?  If so, how do I get unbanned for simply changing my email address and password?
