I bet that >90% of the population will prefer to live in a country with some form of government control via economy (right-wingers will choose high taxes and unconditional income however more leftist countries will nationalize production means and switch to the planned economy) rather than Somali-like. You need to read comments on Reddit (there are
many topics about this issue) to understand what solutions are more preferable for the MOST people (who in fact will decide either by voting, riots or civil war).
