)I don't think it's that you have no feedback that people will take issue with, it's that you're requesting to make payment through a highly reversible method. Perhaps if you offered payment first through a moneygram, moneypack, or western union people may be more incline to take your offer.
But then again when a new user offers high prices above market through paypal it's usually a scam.
