If TELLURIA need kyc verification then they will mention it in Ann thread or their website or in whitepaper. But I didn't see any information about kyc yet.

Just this week, KNOWLEDGE and XTRA (BitcoinHomework), they at the last week of ICO told all participants that they needed to perform KYC verification, which caused people's accusations because they didn't told this rule beforehand.
