Anyway, long story short he was insisting to not
use an escrow service and to go first with the
transaction. With one condition : To connect
to my pc using TeamViewer and "inspect" that
i have the funds required for the transaction in my wallet.

TeamViewer supports client side file transfer, he
was actually trying to steal my wallet.
