so if there is any buyer, it myt be someone trying to resurrect the project to get more advantages of high price

yeah i agree with you,
i ever saw something like this before,it's like someone bought it silently but the truth is he/she is the only one who bought it or sold it.
he/she did that to create an opportunity for themself so they could get rid of it.
