Can you clarify which account you deposited to... which account you attempted to withdraw from... and which account you used faucets from?

A lot of the crypto casinos get a bit twitchy when an account that has only ever used faucets suddenly attempts a withdraw. If you deposited to Account1, played and then transferred to Account2 and then tried to withdraw from Account2 (without playing), that might just have triggered an "anti faucet farming" protection.

Have you had any response from the Bitsler support team as yet?
