Please let me explain why we have this CPM at this moment.

Our rates are as of now $0,40 but in the near future will rise when we get some users, and as more ad revenue comes higher CPM comes too.

Also those sites with like $0,90 CPM usually don't count every single view they like limit at 10 per 24 hours, or only do unique in 24 hour time.
We count all views, so if the same person clicks 100 times on your link you'll get money for 100 clicks.
