Just wondering, is there really a point to keeping Bitcoin Dispenser on the list? There hasn't been a payout since April, and there haven't been any donations to it for at least that long.

Bitcoin Dispenser removed. Anyone find any other sites that should be removed? Some of the one-time-payout ones are hard to monitor.
