It sounds like you have latest version from here:
http://seeds.dero.io/alpha/So once you have the new data downloaded for the blockchain you shouldn't have to download it again. We will look into adding a download in the future again
Yep using latest ver. Trying to sync for days started all over at least 5 times. Each time sync process stacks at some point between 40% to 80% with different errors. Restarting diamond doesnt help.
Please post full chaindata for direct download.
