Yes, this will be an option in Q4 2018 it, using smart contracts it will be private and secure.

Yes, this is why ZEEX has its own token. The smart contract will hold your Zix token until the transaction is safely completed. Once completed the token will then be released back into your wallet. Think of it as collateral or a security deposit.
