Its a network problem, any pool will have same situation.
If you want to hear explanation: other private pool is started with huge Nicehash hashrate about 10GH/s and this is blockchain reaction, when new block info doesn't go quickly over the blockchain network - both pools are mined same block at same time and faster miner (bigger chain) wins. Other pool get orphans with 0 reward.
