Where is the best place to buy this?

You can buy it for less than 10 bucks on amazon.

Search for 6000 pwm or similar.

Anyone tried another fan? I wanted to replace with high quality, but ended up reading threads from Antminer there is no chance for noise reduction.
These fans get above 200 cfm and all in this class are at 60 dB.

Anyone tried? Saw industrial 3000pwm from noctua but just half of the power with the cfm compared.

My are running at 70% and are loud as hell. I want to keep them below 30 degrees Celsius.
PWM is the technique that allows fans to have a variable fan speed. The correct word you're looking for is RPM, which measures fan revolutions per minute.

It really depends what algo you're going to use the X10 with. Quark and Qubit, which are the two most profitable algos to mine with the X10 right now, use just around or below 400W. You should be fine with the 3000RPM Noctuas with consumption that low; the reason why it doesn't work with Antminers is because they require high static pressure and CFM to operate as there's a lot of heat that needs to be dissipated through the heatsinks in the miner, and everything is packed very tightly together. A replacement should make the machine much quieter and run just as well (but always monitor temperatures after replacing a fan until temps stabilize to a safe temperature to ensure the setup is stable).
