And if they are already operating, no need for small-time players here. They can just pocket their promised income of 500%. And registered in Estonia? It's easy to get license from that country. This is a shady project.We have an offshore company in Estonia for the taxation optimization of the ICO raised funds.
The Estonian company invests all the raised funds into the Russian company under a loan agreement after the ICO is completed.
Since there is no ICO legislation in Russia yet, raising funds directly to the Russian company involves problems with the tax authorities. In this case we need a personal presence of each investor for signing a paper contract, that is certainly unacceptable.
The Russian company is 18 years old and it cooperates with a few distinguished companies, including Gazprom.
