How long do we have for the transcription? I hope to finish mine this weekend.
2 weeks. If you need longer, you may extend a reservation, but I'd like to get things over with, so I'll not allow endless reservations, obviously 
I have two questions and would appreciate an answer from qwk or kluge:
- Do you include words that are repeated twice? for example:
"That that is the way we do it"
"I tell you it's it's not right"
- What if we can't make out something despite repeated attempts? I am partnering with another guy on one ep and if neither him nor me can make it out despite slowing down the audio, considering context and researching it online what do we put down? Something like "[unclear]"?

I require not to transcribe repetitions. Stammering, accents, repetitions, "uhm"s, clearing of throats etc. really don't make sense in a transcription.
The focus should always be on readability of the transcript and preservation of content and context. Not on word-by-word repetition.
IA certain liberty in transcription is allowed, as long as the meaning is unaltered.
I.e., you are encouraged to leave out filling phrases like "uhm, uh, you know" etc.

If you seriously are unable to make out something, just mark it as "UNINTELLIGIBLE" in you transcript. It'll either be caught in proofreading, or will have to be left unclear if no one can make it out.
