it is not that we do not believe but this is a marketplace ; what you see is what you get; so if you introduce these private investors I am sure this project get more trust and you will gain more potential investors. I think if it was up for them, they will announce those investor during ICO, but I think those large investors will invest only if kepler reach the softcap and not before that.
