Well, look to be busy is good, but I think that how they organize things and lack of communication is just a small sign of being badly organized, it doesn't require so much time to answer questions or update community/investors/supporters, a few lines a week, not a big deal, as not it lore looks like a favor and begging for some pieces of information.
