To clear up any confusion regarding the 1.5x hashrate bonus: this is not added when you withdraw. For example, if you withdraw at 1,000,000 hashes and receive 99 satoshi on FH, you do not receive 500,000 bonus hashes on top of that. The bonus is applied for every two hashes you send to begin with. When you send two, you receive one extra in your account balance.
