counts for nothing. if you don't have "You are allowed to modify the work" (or literal equivalent) in damn straight writing, you don't have the right (except for narrow fair use which you dont fall in, at all). period. doesn't matter anything else tf does, he can link to your faucet right on the home page of inputs.io and you still dont have a ground to stand on.
